Automatic Shut-off
The new generation GHD Styler has been fitted with a comprehensive safety feature to prevent you from accidentally leaving your straighteners on when unattended. 15 minutes after being turned on, the styler will "beep" to announce that it is entering "cool down" mode. It will continue to "beep" during this phase until it is completely cool after a further 15 minutes (30 minutes after being turned on), a which point it will turn itself off. Important Note: If you are still using your new generation ghd styler when it enters "cool down" mode, simply switch them off and then on to reset the timer.
